Here at Sanatana, transparency with the customer is very important to us. Our 4-step guide below goes through our business process, giving a clear explanation of all the stages.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Customer Order Placement

To get started, simply reach out to us by clicking "Get Started". Please provide us with the details of your order, including the type of product, desired quantity, specifications, preferred materials, and any other specific requirements you may have. You can also send us designs at this stage if you prefer, we value your input and will respond to your inquiry in less than 24 hours.

Producer Recommendation

Once we receive your order details, our dedicated team will thoroughly review your requirements. Leveraging our extensive network of Turkish clothing producers, we will carefully select a list of producers that align with your requirements. These recommendations will be tailored to suit your preferences, taking into account factors such as expertise, production capabilities, quality standards, and past performance. We will notify you via email, sharing the list of recommended producers with relevant information about each one. You will have the opportunity to review the options and make an informed decision. We can assist you further if you have any questions.

Contract Signing and Payment

Once you have chosen a producer from our curated list, we will guide you through the contract-signing process. Our team will prepare a comprehensive contract that outlines the agreed-upon terms, ensuring clarity and protection for both parties. The contract will cover essential details such as product specifications, pricing, production timeline, quality control measures, and payment terms. We prioritize transparency and will address any questions or concerns you may have. Upon reaching a mutual agreement, we will facilitate the signing of the contract and provide secure payment options.* 

*A 50% upfront payment will be required to initiate the production process.

Production and Sampling

Once all the previous steps are completed, the selected producer will commence the sampling of your order. Throughout the process, we will maintain open communication channels, allowing you to stay informed about the progress. Once the first sample is ready, our team will conduct a thorough quality assessment to ensure it meets your specifications and send the sample to you for your review. If you are satisfied with the sample, we will proceed with the full payment, and the production of your complete order will commence.
